WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are based in Sacramento, California. Our services extend throughout the Sacramento Area, San Francisco, Bay Area, Napa, Lake Tahoe. Whether you're in the bustling city or the serene mountains, we're ready to capture your special moments wherever your journey takes you. If your Event requires travel outside our standard service area, additional travel fees will apply. These will be calculated and communicated during the consultation phase.

HOW DO I BOOK?

To book a Photo or Video coverage your Event with us, please follow these steps:

Fill out the contact form on our website or reach out to us via email or private message in Instagram. Provide details about the type of Event coverage you are interested in, your preferred dates, and any specific requirements you have.

We can discuss your vision, preferences, and any special requests.

Once we have discussed your Event and agreed on the details, we will send you a booking confirmation email. This will include a contract outlining the terms and conditions, as well as an invoice for the deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Event coverage fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session.The remaining balance is due on the day of the Event.

WHEN MY PHOTOS OR VIDEO WILL BE DELIVERED?

After your event, we will meticulously process your photos and videos. Within 1-2 weeks, you will receive a sneak peek (10-20 quick photos) that you can share on social media. Within 4-6 weeks, you will receive a link to your full online gallery. If you have chosen a package with videography, within 1-2 weeks you will receive a teaser (if included in your package) and a reel. Standard video delivery times depend on the length and chosen package and can range from 1 to 5 months. We can discuss the exact delivery timeline when signing the contract and discussing the details of your event.
