WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Sacramento, California. Our services extend throughout the Sacramento Area, Bay Area, Napa, Lake Tahoe. Whether you're in the bustling city or the serene mountains, we're ready to capture your special moments wherever your journey takes you. If your session requires travel outside our standard service area, additional travel fees will apply. These will be calculated and communicated during the consultation phase.
HOW DO I BOOK?
To book an engagement session with us, please follow these steps:
Fill out the contact form on our website or reach out to us via email or private message in Instagram. Provide details about the type of session you are interested in, your preferred dates, and any specific requirements you have.
We can discuss your vision, locations, preferences, and any special requests.
Once we have discussed your session and agreed on the details, we will send you a booking confirmation email. This will include a contract outlining the terms and conditions, as well as an invoice for the deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session.The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
WHEN MY IMAGES WILL BE DELIVERED?
After the session, we will professionally edit your photos and videos. You can expect to receive a link to your online gallery within 2-4 weeks. If you package includes videography, please note that the editing process takes a bit longer. You can expect to receive your edited video within 4 weeks.
